Scandinavian coffee is a form of coffee roasting that spotlights the elements of each coffee that make it unique. In these coffees, you will taste the beautiful components of each varietal, terroir, and craft of the producer (both farming and processing) rather than just carmalized sugars that result from the development of coffee.

Much like whiskey or wine, coffee has different levels of quality and price points. We have developed relationships with global roasters who are working directly with coffee farmers who are producing some of the most exciting tasting coffees in the world. These coffees are highlighted on our 'Top Shelf' menu - and are the types of coffees that make us excited to show up every morning – to drink ourselves and share with others.
